List of works carried out on Marine Vessels

·         Steel renewal of side shells, bottom plates, tank tops, deck plates, e.t.c using AH 32, AH 36, and other class-approved plates.

·         Renewal of piping using SCH 40,80,120,160 ASTM grade pipes for hydraulic lines, freshwater, seawater, fire, and CO2 lines.

·   Installation of new pumps and motors along with dismantling, overhauling, installation, and trail run or pumps used for freshwater, seawater, fire, and bilge pumps.

·         Complete overhauling installation of refrigeration systems including compressors, condenser, expansion valves and electrical systems.

·         Repair and maintenance of ship cranes and grabs.

·         Complete overhauling of heat exchangers and condensers including replacement and retubing of old tubes.

·         Complete dismantling, overhauling /maintenance, and installation of electric motors and marine generators.

·         Supply and installation of navigational systems.

·         Lashing and Unlashing jobs in Project Cargo Vessels.

·         Ship Chandling & supply of deck and engine stores as per ISSA and  IMPA codes.

·         Refill and exchange  of Unitor/Drew marine Oxygen, Acetylene, Nitrogen and refrigeration gases.

·         Supply of Cleaning Gang for E/R & cargo hold clean.

·         All types of  upholstery & plumbing Jobs.

·         Life boat davit and glass renewable works.

·         Installation of anchor chains and anchor.

·         Rudder, rudder shaft and propeller repair works.

·         Annual inspection and servicing of fire fighting equipments, lifeboat, life rafts.

·         Load testing of cargo gear like cranes,  wirerope, slings, shackles, anchor and morning winch.

·         Calibration of magnetic compass, pressure gauge and gas detectors.

·         Overhauling of anchor and morning winch.

·         Underwater repair services.
