the year 1980, we are one of the leading ship repair companies on the east
& southern coast of India.
- We have over 25 years of
unparalleled experience executing ship repairs in various vessels including
dredgers, rigs, VLCC, tankers, bulk carriers, tug boats & navy
vessels.
- We have a well-equipped
state-of-the-art marine workshop which includes high precision lathe machines,
milling machines, hose crimping machines, shaping & honing machines, radial
drill machines, plate/pipe bending machines, MIG, TIG & ARC welding
machines.
- We are specialized in steel
renewal jobs using class-approved AH36, AH32,e.t.c grade plates. We are also
stockists of Class approved plates, seamless pipes, and pipe fittings.
- We also carry our pipe renewal
jobs( hydraulic, steam, water, SS & copper pipes). We are specialized in
crane jobs like sheave renewal, rope renewal, cabin renewal, jib foot & jib
head bearings, and complete overhauling of grabs, grab motor, and hydraulic
pumps. We also have an in-house electrical workshop where we carry out
electrical motor rewinding up to 200 KVA & overhauling of marine
gensets.
- We also carry out complete overhauling of dredge
pump, mud pump, ballast pump, fire & GS pumps, and various other
pumps.
- We carry out all refrigeration
works including nitrogen purging, leak test, vacuum test, arresting leaks, gas
charging & complete overhauling of compressors including procurement &
supply of spares.
- We also maintain a large inventory
for all ship stores required by vessels & deliver it at competitive rates.
